The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us and made for easy walking to where we needed to go.

The only issue was car parking and the fact it's not onsite as we had thought it was private and onsite. It was fine in the end but made things a little more difficult than planned and had been a big part of the reason for booking. Having said that, Emily and Ian were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our needs.

Good location

A tad problematic to find the apartment

Very helpful staff at end of the phone. Very clean throughout.

WiFi didn’t work, even messaged for correct code but was the same. All four of us tried but to no avail . Separate toilet next to bathroom could be made clearer that not on ground floor, one of us had a broken ankle and this had been a key point in booking. Cooler kept switching off which made cooking meals a long drawn out affair. Not enough seating in lounge part, only for 3 adults unless you wanted a beanbag or to sit on dining chair all evening. Hadn’t been sent the code for access as I’d missed an email for id and security deposit at £30 never had to do this before on booking.com. Meant a delay in being able to access property, stressful start to the weekend.
