Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house and plenty of room our 5th year and 4th house at Beachwalk!A couple of suggestions for the ownersPlease provide more garbage bags as our crew went thru what was allotted very quickly Housekeeping could have done a better job of prepping our house for our stayThe backyard light sensor should be adjusted as it kept turning on and off with no one moving during our bonfire The backyard window well could also be a hazard without some kind of covering or protective gate Great office staff and amenities

The house was well equipped and in great condition. We had an awesome time.

Beautiful house and lovely area. First timers but will not be our last!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would recommend this resort area. The home had some issues, 2 rooms had no lights, there was something broken on the fridge, no water coming out. The carpet was worn and appeared dirty, put probably just needed to be gotten rid of. The outdoor grill was so dirty that it took me at least an hour of my vacation time to scrub it so we could use it. So, I think the house could use a little bit of care. Upon arrival, the upstairs main bath wasn't cleaned very well, big hair ball in the drain. The home was spacious enough for 15, 8 adults and 7 children. Definitely need a golf cart if you want to spend time at the beach, its a little bit of a walk as the home is in the back of the resort. Amenities at the resort were great, the beach was beautiful! Lots to do for all ages, our kids were 1-12. I would recommend this home overall if the issues were addressed. I did contact the management and they did respond quickly, just weren't able to fix the fridge or lights during our stay. The only negative about the management company was I requested compensation due to a very big issue "no lights in 2 of the bedrooms". They initially responded quickly, but then dropped the ball and never gave me a final answer. Thats why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
