Gorgeous views - love the patio, terraces and beach access. The family room was perfect for how we entertain. The dining tables allowed us to eat together which was a must for us. Double ovens and gas range worked well for cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
Robby was a great communicator! Had we needed anything or had questions he was very available.
Thank you for making our holiday a fun and memorable one!
It also helped that we had perfect weather!

We were enthralled with this beautiful home and the beachfront view with fabulous sunsets from our deck. Robby, the manager was so responsive to our requests and needs. And he was so welcoming to us all. The location was perfect as it was close to the public beaches, and we had direct access to the private beach. We loved every minute of our stay.

The view, ocean breeze, and multiple terraces make this home a great getaway! The house is dated but comfortable with all the necessary things. Beds were warm and cozy. Host was easy to get in touch with and super helpful when things beyond his control were happening in the neighborhood! Much appreciated. Beach access is a bit rough this season with rocks at the base of the wall we had to climb down during low tide but easy public access just down the street made it easy to access the water whenever we wanted.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, but they are clean and functional. The view was exceptional. One small disappointment was there was not really space to walk on the beach in front of the house except at low tide. We would definitely return!

Beautiful views and excellent family home. Beach access was difficult from the house, lots of stairs to the bottom level and then a wall that had to be climbed to get to the sand, other than that great place to spend a family vacation

This property is absolutely stunning. We have stayed here every summer for 10+ years and it's our favorite week of the year. The views and beach access are incredible and the house is spacious and charming! Robby (property manager) was extremely attentive and responsive. This place is beyond compare.

This property had amazing views(sunsets were gorgeous), private beach access, fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, very clean, 3 car driveway, bikes, beach toys for the kiddos, outside shower, bonfire pit, you name it they jad it. My family and I have been on many vacations where we've rented a beachfront house and this was by far our favorite. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and we hope to be back next summer :)

Who doesn't love to wake up to sound of the ocean? This was a large and beautiful house. Very well kept. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Very comfortable living space and beds. We would definitely come back here for another staycation.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this oceanfront home with the most incredible views. It’s perfectly equipped with games, gear and toys for the whole family. Pia was a wonderful host and responded right away to any queries. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice, plenty of space, plenty of beds. But the views to the beach and ocean were Awesome, no matter where you stood. Be it the 2nd floor balcony, the kitchen, or the very nice patio that leads out from the kitchen. Also enjoyed the stairs leading down to the beach. It was a Great house to stay at.

Loved staying at Pia’s house. Great location with stairs to your private beach. Large ocean patio, kids boards, surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes provided. Beach house was roomy, comfortable beds and parking for 4 cars. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year!!

The view from any one of the patios or decks was so much fun to watch surfing and the ocean sea life was awesome. The climb down to the (nearly private) beach was at first a little daunting for some, but after a couple of descents, it wasn't an issue at all! With young children, we felt very safe in the terraced sandboxes. We appreciated the communication with the property manager who even texted us to let us know the cleaning crew would be delayed for an hour. We'll remember this vacation for a long time! Thank you!!

The location of the property is fantastic. The home has enough space for a large group and enough bathrooms for everyone. The views are unbeatable and working with the property manager was fantastic. High recommended!

Just be ready for 100+ stairs to the water, but it provides a good daily workout. Lots of patios including a nice bocce ball court half way down the stairs that we had fun with.
The 5 bedrooms worked out great with our group of 8. The master on the upper floor is huge with a large balcony and there's a smaller master on the main floor. Overall a great experience and we would definitely rent here again.

Absolutely amazing home. We had six buddies spend a week at the home. We were in and out of the water, sitting on the decks, playing bocce and just relaxing. It was a perfect week.

The home had all the essentials that we needed. Restaurants, coffee shops, and a few fun bars were within walking distance. Right out front is a nice walking path. And the view from the master suite and the main floor of the house is unbeatable!!

Really terrific house on a bluff directly on the ocean. Lovely place to stay, and it was a totally relaxing experience. Can’t rate it highly enough! The owners were very communicative and made the stay pleasant. I’ll be back.

All I can say is that the number of decks and natural decks as you descend to the beach is mindboggling. The views from the master bedroom are amazing at sunrise. There is zero wrong with this property. Perfect and close to restaurants. Loved it.

Step into a quintessential beach house and forget everything from the outside. Kitschy interior, unobstructed views of the ocean, complete privacy and the most relaxing week I've had in years. I'm already booking again!

This is a great place to spend time with family. Plenty of room to spread out and also come together. There's everything you need. We were in town for over a week and only ate out once. The view is unbeatable. Pia was super responsive and helpful. The wi-fi is great, but the cell signal was spotty and non-existent at times, at least on Verizon, but some spots better than others. All in all a great place to be.

Our stay at this house could not have been better. The location is even more gorgeous than in the pictures, and the house is beautiful and absolutely great for a group. It was stocked with everything we needed for lots of beach fun. The host, Pia, was super helpful too.
