A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Villa with swimming pool with spectacular sea views and Mediterranean vegetation
Villa Conza is a real oasis of peace surrounded by a magical landscape: the crystal clear sea and lush vegetation.
The style of this house oscillates between rustic and romantic, in a union that still guarantees elegance and sobriety, without ever giving up that welcoming touch that will make you feel at home.
Villa Conza is also equipped with 4 bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of 8 people and 3 comfortable bathrooms (divided between the ground floor and the first floor). The strong point of the house is the many spacious outdoor areas equipped with chairs, table, sunbeds, barbecue and swimming pool!
Free WiFi included as well as A/C in almost all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with diwasher and the house is also equipped with washing machine. The fenced garden offers plenty of private parking space and the property is located inside a private area.
It is located near the wonderful village of Scopello with its antique “Baglio” (the ancient housing style), the “Tonnara” with its amazing “Faraglioni”, huge staks of rocks emerging from the sea, and it is a few kilometers away from the Zingaro nature reserve. Furthermore, it is nearby the greek archeological structure of Segesta with its temple and theatre. The locations offers nature, seaside, and culture.
If you are looking for an unforgettable vacation this property is the one for you!

We loved the location to explore this north-west part of Sicily, loved the views and the different outdoor places on the property to sit and enjoy. Unfortunately it was a little cool to spend as much time outdoors as we would have liked. It was hard to find the property and have recommended more description with landmarks be provided before check-in. Part of the problem is that almost none of the other properties on the road have any street address showing, and also the road has 3 separate and unjoined segments, and GPS on map apps has trouble pinpointing the exact house location on the hillside, relative to the 3 road segments! We cooked most evenings, and found the kitchen was generally well equipped but could do with some non-plastic serving bowls and smaller bowls for yogurt, soup, dessert etc. The living room could use a little more light for evenings when it is too chilly to sit outside. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests for a few extra supplies, and helping us get oriented to the house and the working of the appliances.
