Definitely a spacious apartment with lovely bedrooms. The location was ideal for us, situated in the trendy America Grounds with plenty of bars and restaurant. Ten minute walk turning left you come to Old Hasting. Ten minutes the other way is St Leonards. The host was fantastic, great communications.

Lovely place, host was great. Only downside was the amount of stairs. I know it's a loft apartment but we weren't aware of just how many steps (seven flights). Two of our family are 80 and luckily very fit so they coped but it became a challenge. If you're fit and dont mind the steps then it's totally worth it.Overall we loved our stay, the apartment is very interesting and spacious.

This is a great apartment for a group of family or friends as there are 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with plenty of bathrooms. The living area is bright and spacious and there is a separate reception room. Location wise it is an easy walk to the hub of St Leonards and there are cute cafes very closeby. There was a leak in the roof when we arrived, but this subsided once the rain stopped - this didn't hamper our stay.
