This was our second year staying at this lovely home, it is perfect for visiting the area and Natalie makes sure that everything goes smoothly. We love the house, the yard and the neighborhood, it is a 10/10!

Perfect, convenient stay right in the heart of Davidson! Rooms are clean and comfortable and it's easy to walk to the heart of town or even the lakefront. Our family of 5 had a great night here and would recommend it to anyone.

Clean and cozy! We loved this house/property. My family of 4 and our dog stayed here while attending a family wedding. The house was the perfect size for us. One of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Very accommodating. Anything we needed, the owner had it there. Our dog loved the spacious fenced in backyard. It’s located a short, easy walk from downtown Davidson. Communication and instructions for everything was very detailed. I would definitely stay here again or any one of the other places from this owner.

The host has done a good job with all the little details and seems like efforts are being made but the house is old and the kitchen cabinets, blinds, back door, and baseboards show it. The furniture is small. The bedding is a little used and the porch furniture is unusable. The backyard lights didn’t work but the front path lights were a nice touch. The street was busy but that was due to construction. The location was good and walkable but for the construction. The house has so much potential to be cozy and welcoming and the host seems to have the knack for it but it’s just not there yet.
