Loved being so close to the beach. This space was perfect for us for a quick few day trip. Would come back!

Cute little place right on the beach. Very comfortable for 2 people or a family with kids. Bed was comfortable. Beach was quiet and easy to walk! 1/2 mile walk to grab breakfast or lunch/dinner. JD’s had great breakfast and Crabby Bill’s had awesome dinner. Host was very easy to reach. The view of the intercostal waterway was across the parking lot. No beach view.

We had a great time visiting Indian Rocks Beach at your place! It was very clean and comfortable. Well represented in the listing. The beach was beautiful and we got to see the dolphins playing before sunset on our last evening there. Couldn’t have been more perfect! Hope to be back again!

I traveled with my parents who are over 80. The property was well-appointed, comfortable, had great lighting (important for my parents). It was on the beach, but yet had easy access to parking. I liked that each condo had a reserved, numbered, parking space which meant I knew that my car would always have a spot. Communication was great and all of my questions were answered in minutes. I will be staying here again.

The property was just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water! Perfect if that’s what you plan on doing! About a 1/2 mile walk to any place to eat. Just a Uber or Lyft ride either direction for rentals and upscale restaurants! I planned on cooking breakfast, should have checked out the cabinets first. No salt, pepper, flour, or sugar. It would have been handy to have had! Other than that no complaints! Our check out time was 10am which was plenty early, our flight didn’t leave until 6pm. Our host allowed us to leave our luggage in closet for awhile longer to help us enjoy the last day!

I cannot recommend this place enough. This rental is a gem. It is right by the beach, and you are literally only a few steps away from the sand and water. Having flown down, the closet with chairs and beach supplies was very much appreciated. The rooms were super cozy, comfortable, and clean. It had everything that we could ever need and was very spacious. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Any questions/messages sent were answered quickly. Our 4 year old did not want to leave and asked if we could move there. Our trip this time was a quick trip, but we will definitely be back for a longer trip.

The location of this condo is perfect!! It was so easy to walk out the door and be on the beach in just a few steps. The beach was never crowded, although it was Memorial Day weekend. The community closet with beach chairs & toys is a wonderful amenity, and it's close to the beach. There are fantastic restaurants close by, within walking distance, and reasonably priced. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. The condo is spacious and clean. Dino, the property manager, was wonderful!! She contacted us prior to arrival to ensure we had her contact information should we need it. I really appreciated that she took the time to do this. We will definitely booked this condo again for our next beach trip!!

Found this property last minute and chose it because of price and proximity to the beach. It was literally 20 steps around the condo to the water. Unit was very nice, and the property manager was very professional and prompt with communications. Would definitely stay again.

Both owner and property manager earned this rating. There were some minor issues and they did not wait, they helped immediately. They got back to me in 15 minutes and had a technician out in less than an hour. Sitting on the beach with the provided chairs with your feet in the ocean was incredible.

We had a wonderful time. It was incredible having the beach right in the backyard. The chairs and towels provided were so helpful and we saw dolphins swimming in the distance every day! There were very little people on the beach, it was amazing to have breathing room up and down the beach, we felt spoiled. The area is a great alternative to the much more crowded nearby towns! Traffic was not bad, we had a guaranteed parking spot, and a grocery store nearby.

great location, everything we needed for a 5 night stay at the beach. Although our specific condo did not have a beach view out a window, it really did not matter. The walk from our door to the beach took less than a minute. I have stayed in several other condos where the walk from the condo to the beach was several minutes, this was much better! Running back to grab something was supper fast. 2 bedroom layout is perfect for a family of 4 with 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen worked perfect for breakfast and lunch in the condo, walked to restaurants for dinner, never had to worry about finding a parking spot. Beach was awesome and not crowded. Condo was nicely decorated, if you plan to eat-in often this might not be the condo for you as there is no dining table and minimal plates, think it only had 4. For us it was fine as we ate breakfast in, lunch on the beach and dinner out.

The place was immaculate! That was my first observation! It is just steps from the beach and we will definitely book this property again!
