My friends and I came in for the CIM marathon, and the house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds, a good kitchen, and ease of access to downtown Sacramento.

My girlfriends and I had a great stay. The rental was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was a short drive from downtown.

Property is an old home in an old neighborhood. This home and most in the are are 100 years old or older. This propertyʻs interior has been upgraded to a simple, modern standard. It is neat and clean. The property doesnʻt have useable yard or outdoor area, so donʻt expect to do any BBQing. The location is right off of 16th Street which at times can be rather loud from traffic noise. The home has dual-pane windows which greatly helps to muffle all but the louder hot rodders and motorcycles. The property also is two stories with two units. We were in the downstairs. A renter for the upstairs came in on our second day and at times could be very noisy, even in the wee hours of the morning. Given the age of the building, noise from upstairs easily passes through the floor. All in all though, we had a good time and found the location to be convenient to Old Towne, The Capital, The Van Gough exhibition, the Zoo and Fairytale Land (for the grandkids), all places we went in our quick, 3 day stay.

We stayed a week and everything was perfect. The hosts could not have been better. The place is adorable and decorated so cute ...you feel at home . All the little things like extra blankets. Space heaters and fans ..spices in the kitchen and all the cookware was ample. Thank you...we will stay again!
