What a beautiful location! This was a great spot for a winter getaway. The pool/hot tub overlooking the river was amazing. Well-equipped kitchen had all that we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Reviewer Comments:
We absolutely loved the house. Quiet, peaceful and very unique. We loved the hot tub and the game room. The river flowing through the backyard is awesome. The house was clean and in great condition. It was very cold when we arrived the first night (55 degrees in the house) and the windows were very difficult to lock, but other than that, we loved our stay!

We had a long weekend family trip planned and this house was great for the whole family. The kids loved the game room and especially the pool table and we all got use from the hot tub and sauna as well. The property was in a very quiet peaceful area right on the river, but still a quick drive into downtown Traverse City.

It was very important to have the game roomUnfortunately, it smelled like animal urine to the point where we were unable to enjoy itThe deck coming off the game room can be very dangerous as it needs repairsOverall, the house is an amazing placeJust need to put some money back into it and get rid of the critters!
