Location, security, and taxi service

Staff was not very accommodating, in-fact total opposite. Asked for the highest floor possible with view and was booked on the 2nd floor facing trees. Room had a malfunctioned bathroom light, phone, dresser. One of the elevators was out. The hotel generator was turned on during a blackout and the exhaust was literally facing our balcony. The entire room filled up with the scent of carbon monoxide.

Loved the breakfast and the pool facilities. A great option in Culiacan.

The hotel is perfectly located, the staff very nice but the hotel need to be updated the rooms are dated and we have some issues with the shower but we had the plumber inmediatelly to fix it; despite he couldnt do it so we have contacted the reception and they have change us to another room, but then the safe was not working so at the end they have change us to another room and updated us to the 4th floor where we have free breakfast during our last 3 days left in the city.

Room are dated and needs some upgrade

the location is unbeatable and the beds are comfortable. service was superb

it’s showing it’s age and the outsides areas could be better taken care of

Hotel Lucerna consistently fails to email official facturas. I recommend always getting a paper copy of your factura.
