Nella cucina troverai un piano cottura, un frigorifero e una lavastoviglie, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Was a wonderful weekend. Great location. It was the first time we took our dogs with us and the house was perfect for all of us.

This is a cute vacation home with 3 comfortable bedrooms, decorated with charm and gracious accents. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Half of the times we eat in the house and was very convenient that the house had all the basis provided. I appreciated the owners attention to having things like salt/pepper and spices, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap. It makes a difference! The bathroom also had all the necessary things. A plus that my nieces and nephews enjoyed was the outdoor shower for an alternative experience! The fire pit outside came with wood, fire starter and fire color changing pine-cones that we enjoyed.
We were there for an extended weekend (3 adult couples - family).
The house is 16 minutes walk to Ellis Landing beach where we would go at dusk to watch the sunset. The house is next to the rail trail where you can got up to beautiful Cahoon Hollow beach (or down to the lakes). And the house is close by to small town where you can walk to get what you need and also good places to eat.
I must add that the owners were flexible with us when we needed something that was not planned. Great people.
This was a great experience, we enjoyed our time at this cottage, comfortable and plenty of things to do. We had a great time. Although we had not children with us, the house is well prepared to receive children with some toys, books and beach games. I think this house is perfect for a family vacation.

We stayed here for a weekend trip, and everything was adorable inside! The house was very clean, especially for a pet friendly spot! Highly recommend! :)

We enjoyed our stay at “The Flat Top”. We had five adults, a child and an infant and it was comfortable enough for all of us. The house included all of the necessities such as soap, shampoo, body wash, and paper towels. All essential cooking utensils were also provided which made it easy for us to cook while we were there. This house was located in the perfect location. It is literally steps away from the Cape Cod rail trail which we used daily and close to many restaurants in Brewster. It is also a short bike ride (about 5 minutes) or walk (about 15 minutes) to Ellis Landing Beach where we enjoyed the sunset. I can’t stress enough how great the location is! It is also just a short drive to Orleans for outer cape beaches as well. Our contact, Kristen was also very quick to respond to any of our questions. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is perfect for a small family and had everything we needed. There was even shampoo, body wash, and conditioner in the shower! Very centrally located, and we were able to drive wherever we were going within an hour. Would definitely stay again!
