Pool needs heating, no saucepans ,bed too firm Bbq but no charcoal, local shop doesn’t sell provisions for cooking on bbq ?

Pool was gorgeous, and such a treat to have. The style of the villa was simple but very nice. The different levels and terraces were really lovely to get different views and hang out in different spaces. Aircon worked well across the rooms. Area- there is a row of three restaurants within 30 seconds, and a small supermarket in peak season. Wasn’t open when we were there, but another larger was 6 mins walk away. There is a small and large beach nearby. The large beach is gorgeous and was quiet. This is very much an urbanization built for tourists to visit, so not a real working Menorcan village, but it was very very pretty and had everything you could need. Don’t forget to visit the turtles and also the shipwreck!! Wait staff and shop assistants were all super friendly and helpful. Fornells proper, the harbour village is 5 minutes away by car with lots more restaurants and bars and shops. On balance I would highly recommend staying here. We had villa 3 in the middle of the top row and I wish we had stayed longer.

At this price I would have expected things like shampoo, shower gel and ample toilet paper to be provided. There were washing up liquid, sponge, few dishwasher tablets, and a large bottle of water.

Lits extrêmement durs, trop d’escaliers à monter, trop de proximité avec les villas voisines, mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Pretty basic villa with slightly odd layout (no.4). Very close to bar/restaurant. When we arrived people were sitting smoking on our villa wall. Fridge pretty useless. Only way to cool drinks was to leave them in freezer for several hours. Main Lounger area next to pool pump so not very relaxing. Air conditioning was broken in main living area. Vague (unsuccessful) attempt made to fix it and then radio silence from the agents W2M. Temperature in room was 33 degrees plus so basically we couldn't use the living area for 4 days out of 7 until the weather cooled. Mould all over en suite ceiling. Not good and needs sorting. Friends had Villa 7 which was nicer in layout and presentation etc. Would recommend avoiding Villla 4.
