The location and the value of the property

Just needed washcloths. But the owner was very attentive and ordered some to come the next day.

The home was very nice, clean and spacious and very comfortable. The bed put me right to sleep it was comfy and the theater room was perfect, my entire family had movie night and relaxed and enjoyed some laughs. The men enjoyed the game room as the pool table was definitely a HIT! The price was reasonable given we had 6 adults and two children and would have spent a lot more money on hotels.

The outside was not as welcoming as the inside. It was like a page from two different books.I know its Florida’s and grass dies all the time but maybe if some concrete was laid for the driveway it would have put the home on top. 9/10 for me on the lawn because the grass did need to be cut. However it did not disappoint when we opened the door to the beautiful home, So it was worth it

plenty of room, great location, nice theater room (need instructions for remotes and channels but figured it out finally), overall a great rental

need a dresser or storage shelves…in master for clothes. also need more kitchenware if more people (sleeps up to 10), could be little cleaner (it’s not filthy and I’d stay here again) just missed some things like lower oven/stove and sweeping under beds, tables…need more than 4 washcloths
