This is the 10th time I have stayed here for 2 weeks at a time. Next two stays already booked. Good location for university access.

Localização ótima perto de tudo.
What I didn't like was that the information on the Booking.com website was very different from the actual information about the apartment. It's on the ground floor, but at the same time, someone lives below you. The main entrance was very dirty; there was a very dirty stroller and residents with children making noise and running up the stairs. It wasn't very good, I didn't like it. That's the only detail I didn't like; it left a big gap between the information and reality.
