Very pleasant quiet location
a)Better ventilation for the bathroom
b) Better lighting - eg put a standard lamp in the lounge

Peaceful . Quiet .
It had a fridge but no freezer . Thing like scissors / need replacing . Tv had apps like netflicks but wouldn't accept my email . So in evening made do with basic channels .
