Everything close / center, sea, supernarket, pharmacy/to appartment, clean and comfortable, we had big rooms and big balcony and terrace and seaview

Everything about this place was fantastic - Mina herself is a lovely human being who carries great conversation. The room itself was huge, with a kitchen, sink, cooking facilities, a beautiful double bed, an ensuite and a large spacious balcony. I would have stayed there all Summer/Winter if I had known about this wonderful place!

Where to start! We could not choose a better place and better hosts to stay with! Mina and Jimmy are wonderfull people who make you feel welcomed since you enter! Always making sure we are comofrtable and have everything we need {even cleaning our room, changing our towels etc.!}, very helpfull with places to visit/tours to book etc., very knowledgable about the island. Jimmy came to pick us up from the airport and drop us there as well! He took us also to Kos, showed us around and invited us for a coffee! There are genuinly kind, friendly and caring people and you will have a great local experience which you can not buy in any resort!
The room was very spacious, clean, beds comfy and we have enjoyed our stay so much! We also appreciate the kitchen and bar seating to use and a balcony as well. The place is literally 1 min walk to the beach, that you can wake up, jump out of your bed and go to see the beautiful sunrise in the pyjama, just like me :-) It is close to all the shops, restaurants, bus station, taxis, rentals , bakery, supermarket and still tucked away from the main road so you can have a good sleep and relax. I highly recommand this place for your holiday!

The location is perfect. Everything is easily available all around. It is the right place for relaxing. Mina and Jimmy are really amazing, taking care a lot of all their guests. Because of them my holiday became much more perfect. I am very very glad that I found this accommodation on Booking.com. I recommend it to everyone from my heart. I didn't miss anything.

Close to the center, excellent location to explore the island. Hosts - Mina and Jimmy are wonderful people, they're nice to talk to and very helpful should you need anything.

Absolute recommendation for staying in Kos. Mina Studios is in the centre of everything you need :-). Great apartments, awesome, charming and helpful host, great location and superb prices. Beautiful beaches, quad renting and diving nearby!

Free Aircon, safely deposit box, full size fridge and shower that didn't flood the bathroom. Very central location.

Mina and Jimmy are the best. They can tell you everything about this island and more. They are friendly and give good advices.
The bed is soft and comfortable. The rooms has enough space. We had a sweet little balcony.
The beach is close by and many restaurants too.
The wi-Fi didn't reach out apartment properly.
Bring your own knife if you want to Cook :D

It was very central. The owners of the property were amazing nothing was to much trouble. The view we had was amazing we had a sea view and a view of the mountains. It was lovely.

Perfectly located for me, close enough to the main bars & restaurants to wander over but far enough away to not hear too much noise at night, only a short walk to some good beaches & the harbour as well.
Very clean & spacious rooms with all the amenities you would expect from a reasonably priced studio, surprisingly comfy bed if a little low for me, probably just far to used to my own bed.
Excellent hosts, Mina & Jimmy are the best, very accommodating, full of local knowledge & so nice to get on with.
I will definitely stay here again whilst travelling on my own.

The owner is very nice! If I had any questions she wouldn’t hesitate to help me! It was to have a fridge and kitchenette. Though the AC was extra, I didn’t need it. The beach and harbor were only 5 minutes of slow walking away. The pita shop right by the hotel is also very nice and you get a nice value for your money (2,50€ for a huge pita Gyros; a tip I got from the owner).

Lovely place to stay. centrally located but in a quiet area. Within a few minutes walk of restaurants, bars and beaches. Exceptional, friendly, welcoming hospitality from Mina and Jimmy. Very clean, spacious room, well organised with lots of space for storage and a very well equipped kitchen area if you need it. Very highly recommended
