Lovely character felt very homely.
Loved the outside eating area.
Little personal touches like the dining table made up lovely.
Good location for Beccles
Bed was a bit small - felt a bit lost in the big bedroom. Maybe King Size would go better?
We love cottages but some people may have found the stairs a bit difficult.

Everything. Pretty welcoming cottage that well equipped. Beautiful rooms with freshly smelling and quality bed linen. Lovely little touches in all rooms. It really felt like home and that everything was well cared for. Fay was a superb host. Highly responsive and super helpful. She even extended our check out time which was we were extremely grateful for due to the late night watching England’s win to Mexico!
