AC was leaking in our room and they dint repair it during our 3 day stay

I didn like anything. The only good thing was it was five minutes away from the metro station.
The managements are fraud. They gave us so many false information prior to booking. I was promised a full apartment at the price shown in the app after discussing with the manager ( phone number given in the app) . Only to discover that it was a shared apartment which I have specifically mentioned before booking that am looking for privacy so no sharing . Once I got there then only I found out that they have fooled us but it was already dark and i had no place to go so i stayed for one night. But even so the place was dirty. Kitchen had unwashed dishes. In the toilet someone's clothes were hanging. Poor hygiene. Mosquitos. Not worth spending even a Paisa. If only I can sue them for ruining my vacation.
