We loved the communicato’, location and free parking
The bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well as a result and we are good sleepers! A new bed is a must for the property and doesn’t cost a lot of money to replace but would make the guest experience much much better. Also the bedroom and kitchen units are very worn/wobbly. The fridge and freezer also have broken bits. The light in the bathroom didn’t work so we switched the bulbs between the hall and the bathroom to get light. The bulb then flickered in the hallway. Also there was a poor amount of cutlery, bowls and glasses.

Location was good. Easy walk to town centre and a bus stop right outside if needed. Bars and restaurants with in walking distance and Tesco extra 5 mins away. Host called to say we could check in early which was a bonus so we didn't have to walk round with luggage all day. When we checked out we dropped our luggage at the train station luggage store which was a new thing for us but worked really well.

It was a very comfortable apartment in a good location. Great TV. Nice Nespresso coffee machine though for 3 days the hosts might have provided a few more capsules.
The bed. It sank in the middle and the worn springs made it pretty uncomfortable. We stayed for three nights and all that was supplied was the tiniest bottle of shower gel which didn’t last a day for two people. Kitchen could use a tea towel and a mat inside the door to wipe feet on would be good. The one outside was worn, wet and covered in moss.

"It was just as described. Cosy. Also peaceful and quiet. A 5 minute walk gets you onto Argyle Street. Either out the front way or out the back way.
We no longer have a car so we use public transpor..."
