Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Great view from balcony. Host was easily reachable. Dishwasher and washing machine were very useful.
Lots of restaurants around, and beach and promenade nearby. Bus-stop and supermarket closeby.
We found cockroaches mainly in the kitchen area, owner offered to take action at the earliest.
It was a bit noisy at times with some construction work nearby.

The apartment was functional, and spotlessly clean. With good facilities in a great location.
Decor could be updated but perfectly acceptable given the price.
