This hidden Victorian gem in Belfast is a perfectly restored private home on a quiet residential street very close to the center of town. The room you rent is well sized with a comfortable bed and fresh water for drinking and kettle for tea/coffee and some sweets. The owner stays in another room in the house and was available to us to answer questions about Belfast life. In the morning a wonderful full breakfast was served hot and fresh.
We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast.

It was beautifully decorated. We were given full use of the lounge, dining room and main bathroom as well as our bedroom. The property only had one guest room. Carol was a lovely host full of information and happy to make us drinks when needed. The breakfast was exceptional.
A twenty min walk to the city centre.

Carol was a fabulous host. Great conversations, beautiful breakfasts.
Staircase, about 12 steps up to the bedroom. Other than that, just fabulous.

The host was the best part of our experience- thoughtful, helpful, excellent cook and a wonderful storyteller
