Perfect size for us as a family of 9 i.e. 6adults, 2 children, 1 baby. Pool was a good size and close to beach and shops. Facilities around the house were good, large airy space.
Uri the owner was very helpful and answered queries quickly
Be aware that there are extra charges for cleaning, electric and water. The electric charge was higher than we expected for a 10day stay. We paid an extra £750.00 for cleaning, water and electric. We were there in August i.e. the hottest time, so the airconditioning downstairs was on all day and the airconditioning in the bedrooms all night.

We had a great time staying here, Great location, everything is close by, the Herzelia beach, restaurants, shopping center. The house was clean and quiet and well worth the money. Would stay here again!

A really great deal, it is a beautiful villa with a pool and a nice hot tub on the roof! It is 2 minutes away from Herzliya Pituach beach, and also really close to a nice breakfast restaurant. The owneres are very nice and We have no hesitation in recommending the Villa , for us it is idyllic and it is worth every Dollar we spend!
