Excellent location to visit the centro storico but also all the neighborhoods just outside; modern building, well equipped apartment; walkable everywhere and easy access to bus to airport. Great for a tourist visit or to combine work and seeing an interesting city both at once.

Location is perfect, close to the city center.
Not perfectly clean, there were three chair, one of which was broken. We had to wash the kitchen tools and dishes before using them. The balcony wasn’t clean, very dusty. There were no bins for the waste sorting, we had to keep all the plastic bags on the floor. No bin in the toilet.
