The property is well-maintained and very clean. Two supermarkets are also available within 5 minutes by foot.
Confusing house number.
The Ferienwohnung Hanna has house number of (let's say) 35A so I thought it's the second door under house number 35 (35, 35A, 35B...). It turned out that all 4 doors in the first section of the apartments all belong to house number 35.
So as I was parking our car on the first slot (as recommended by the contact), the owner of house number 35 approached me and told me that the area where I am parking is private, and that 35A is 15 meters further, in the next section of the apartments.
Anyway, the owner of house 35 was very nice and seems to be used already with such 'incidents'.
