Very clean, perfect for a family of five in town for a lacrosse tournament. Location of the property was ideal as it was on the beach and only five minutes to the fields. Highly recommend.

We had a girls trip of 5 and one child. The condo had comfortable room for all of us and maybe one child but to stretch it to 10 is would be unacceptable. The condo was SO nice in every regard. The facility was clean, polite and beach rentals such an added perk. It is nice that the beach space has fewer people than other condos Near by. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Well done Vrbo!!

This condo was the best we've stayed in during our trips to Fort Walton. It was designed beautifully and was immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.The only small detail we would change is the bed in the master bedroom. There was definitely a "sinking" spot that lead to a restless night's sleep. This would by no means change our review or possibility for staying in this condo!

This was in the perfect spot, as well as extremely clean and updated. Walking distance to the pier and parasailing. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. All staff and the building we came in contact with were very polite and helpful. 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Beautifully decorated condo and the view was amazing! Less crowded and more laid back than other nearby resorts. Parking was easy right in front of resort. Chairs and umbrellas come with your stay which was definitely a plus. Beautiful view of fireworks show from the balcony. We will definitely be back to Summer Place!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Angie and Corey atLegacy Vacations. I bought a fifth of Gentlemen Jack at Ft Jackson because it had the US Navy emblem etched on it. Somehow on the trip to Ft Walton Beach the bottle broke, I was so disappointed. I told Corey and Angie the story when we checked in Thursday. Today they asked me to come down to the front desk. They got me a handle of Gentleman Jack and Angie etched the US Navy emblem on it for me!!!! I can’t believe they did that for me!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Beautiful place to stay! Everything is very clean and updated. Kitchen is fully stocked, mattresses are comfortable, building is staffed during business hours for questions. The view is gorgeous and having a beach set-up including 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas made the beach experience so easy. The beach and pool area are both super clean. The neighboring resort had a super crowded beach which made me grateful for the much less busy beach in front of Summer Place. My family really enjoyed our stay!Bring/buy: beach towels, beach toys, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee filters.Walmart delivery service was a good way to not waste vacation time shopping for necessities.
