Staying here was an absolute delight. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness. The host had clearly gone the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The beautiful decor added an extra layer of charm and made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience.

Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood

The house was great . The location was good. The indoor space was good for hanging out, and there were plenty of chairs and tables for meals. Access to Pasadena and other sights was great. The food prep stuff, eating utensils and dishes were sparse for our group of 10. A quick trip to target solved that problem. The out door space around the pool was good. The furniture around the pool was good for four people and not our ten. We got a few extra folding chairs, and were very comfortable. All in all our stay was really good and the house did its job well.

I hate to leave a negative review, on this gorgeous looking house, The outside of the house was the only thing we liked along w the pool. We traveled 14 hours to stay here only to find out This house was false advertised. The living rooms were staged, not the same furniture, we had alot of problems, I contacted the host, and he was rude. Charged us an extra $550 because he said we had 12 people yet we were only 10. Sheets were stained, dirty, found blood on some. White stains on others. Ants crawling everywhere in the bathroom counter, the hose to the washer was clogged, we had to unclog it in order to work properly and have a working washer, unwashed towels just on top of washer, dishes were unwashed just thrown into the dish washer, and smelled gross. The faucets, showers were all dirty ( have pictures and videos as proof) Not enough paper products for 5 days. No iron anywhere in the house, we had to buy one to iron. We travel a lot and stay at Vrbo and this has been the worst one ever in cleaningness. I don’t think they hire anyone to clean on a daily basis. We paid over 6k for this home, that’s alot of money,for this house the only thing we enjoyed was the pool. Location is nice, gated house was excellent but the house was way to dirty and we had alot of problems with it since arriving. I tried my best to communicate with them since arriving on all my concerns. I would never stay here again. I have pictures and videos to proof everything I am saying.

This place could be amazing, it is not. Simply because it has been neglected for a long period of time. Ants living in the house. Cob webs all over the property. Light switches that do not work, the owner knows about it and doesn’t fix them. Rain gutters broken and falling down. Abundance of Trash on site. Tons of boxes behind the garage. The place is absolutely neglected and it shows. If someone cared for the property it would be a great place. We were way over charged for a property in this condition. We should have paid $200 a night
