Wonderful location on South Padre Island, one black fro the beach. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and porch.
House is as advertised, clean well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and nice yard with pool.
We had fun exploring the island and was nice to walk to restaurants nearby. Parking was easy as well. Would book again.

My family and I had a great time. We loved the house. Enough rooms for everyone . The walk to the beach was not far. The house and pool were clean. SPI Rentals were helpful. Would stay here again.

We loved this house, it was clean, had enough rooms for everyone. The pool was great and clean, very short walk to the beach. The staff at SPI Rentals was very professional. We would definitely rent it again.

Close to beach and great restaurants. All within easy walking distance!

Lots of room and the yard was great for our dog. 1/2 a block from the beach with access right next to the Cafe on the Beach at the Palms The pool was ok but an umbrella or some shade of some sort would have been nice. Also, probably want to put a gate at the top of the stairs on the outside deck. Be aware that the laundry is outside in the garage. To access it you have to go out the front door and reenter thru the garage - a bit of a pain. Still, it was fun being with family and having quick access to the beach = a good week..

Had a great time. The house is spacious and the ac actually works well during the middle of the day.

The property was clean and had lots of space. The private pool was relaxing and in great condition. The location was the best part of our stay -- just a block away from the beach without the beachfront price. Close to good restaurants on the beach. Highly recommend it for a getaway!

An awesome property for your next family/ friend vacation. Roomy and updated house and nice spacious pool. Short Walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

My vacation in this beautiful house was excellent walk to beach kids had fun in pool definitely booking my next trip.

Clean house and plenty of space for families. Swimming pool was a plus for children. The only suggestion is to put curtains in kitchen & dining room window for privacy.
We had a great vacation stay! Thank you SPI.
