This unit was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Although small, we never felt cramped as there was ample room to move around. We could tell upon arrival that this unit had been well maintained and that cleanliness was a priority. The location was perfect. Only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was right outside our patio doors. Complex overall was clean and quiet. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property was as advertised. Pictures were accurate. No issue with check in and the room was clean and everything functional. Perfect size for two people. Recommend updating outdoor furniture. If you are just coming to go to shops and rosemary beach, this place works and is reasonably priced. If you are coming for the rooms proximity and walking distance to the beach, this is not your place. It looks close, but it is a a long walk and you must tote everything. A couple of important things to know. You cannot leave wagons, carts, or golf carts at the beach entrance which is through a gated neighborhood. Although the property itself is as advertised, ABSOLUTELY will not stay there again. After paying 300 for chair setup on beach, it was insanely overcrowded. We stopped staying at Seaside and Sandestin because of beach overcrowding. I didn’t think the overcrowding there could be topped, but Seacrest beach did it. If you are OK with packing up into vehicle and driving to the public beach, this rental is fine, but don’t think you are going to have an enjoyable, romantic private beach, peak or off season. There is simply too many properties funneled to the same beach. Do your research. We stay on beach all day, won’t stay in seacrest or rosemary beach area again because of beach access.
