I always enjoy staying at the Winslow. It is updated, clean, spacious and feels like its own little special community. There is an on-site snack and necessities pantry that has things like microwavable meals, candy, phone chargers, etc. As well as an in-house restaurant for dinner (open from 4p until about 10/late 10pm) that’s right next to the breakfast dining room. Both kitchens use real plates and utensils etc, and breakfast offers a nice variety of things to choose from, including fresh fruits, yogurts (the yogurt brand options seem to change somewhat frequently - they had Chobani one time and a different brand this time), plain oatmeal with fixings, eggs, sausage, potatoes and bacon, brioche and wheat toast options along with bagels and muffins, as well as juices, etc. The room itself is spacious and has nice storage, comes with an above average mini fridge, tea & coffee, & a closet stocked with an extra blanket and an iron. They have a little dog park outside and outdoor seating. I always feel safe at this hotel and the staff have always been wonderful :) There are also two, nice, gas stations right beside the hotel for easily fueling on the way in or out, and the gas prices seem to be generally pretty good. This last time I stayed, it was the lowest price I’d seen along the highway for a while! Pictured: I also really like their new, wooden key cards! Very nice 🙌🏼
