The staff was so friendly and helpful. It made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel was very clean.

It's very new & "almost" clean, room was comfortable, staffs are friendly and helpful, helped us to get the pick up service to the airport ($35 plus $5 airport charge to SFO Int'l airport). There is a small market and several restaurants just behind the hotel in 3 minutes walking distance. The only thing is that there was a long hair in the shower pan but other than that, everything else was good.

Location was a bit further out than we expected from the city

Besides the rooms being super clean , the check in staff and breakfast staff was very nice and friendly .
