Valet manager Alana wrongly accused me of theft in an unprofessional and hostile manner, hours after checkout. 50 min wait between ordering at restaurant and food hitting table. Room missing many amenities and unpatched drywall repair.

My flight got delayed, arrived at the hotel late night and Jeena made sure to get me a bed even if the system cancelled the reservation considering a no show. 5* to overnight staff as well.
Room is comfy, clean and have all recent devices so we can enjoy a good stay. Free wifi - amenities are from good quality
Design is cool, new and rooms are made with durable material
Had a room at 3rd floor, the view isn’t good at all.
Ice machine was a bit loud
At 10am I could hear from my room a washing machine for a while

I didn’t get any assistance with my bags as a woman traveling alone that was very different. The toilet in my room didn’t flush completely. There was also a stain on my mattress cover m.

The restaurant downstairs and the roof top bar were exceptional. Some of the best food and drinks we’ve had since moving to detroit. Staff were very attentive. The room was very clean. Overall a fantastic stay.

Location from airport and proximity to Canada.
Hotel management! I received a phone message at 3:43 pm and 3:58 pm informing me that even though my reservation was confirmed, via another app, it would be cancelled at 4pm. The reason given by Ms. Kelli is Check-In started at 3pm and by 3:30 I failed to appear for my confirmed reservation. Due to that my reservation would be cancelled within the hour. As I was traveling from another state and by airplane, I didn’t receive the message in time. When I received both messages, my reservation was cancelled and I was charged a different amount upon Check-In. Also, Ms. Kelli Nelson was dismissive, disrespectful, and argumentative during the exchange. She lack professionalism and compassion for someone traveling from out of town to the establishment. Overall, I was disappointed with the service, attitude, and interaction with staff during my stay. As part of a much larger group, (wedding) I wish I could recommend this hotel in the future to other family members or friends but I will decline to do so, and I will also make a more public post about my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this particular hotel chain.

The staff was friendly, the hotel is new so everything is updated and nice. I liked that they supplied full bottles of shampoos and body wash in the bathroom(although they should be checked more for if they are full. )
I’m under the impression the hotel is still doing work as it’s new, but the room I stayed in was quite dusty, for a room they know is being used the headboards, and even the handles on the bathroom sink were very dusty. The shower head did not give off a lot of pressure. Also there are a lot of light switches and that took some time to get used to. We stayed in a room just above the valet parking and it was really loud with someone blasting their music at 2am.

I love Michael at the front desk. He is both thorough, accommodating and great interpersonal skills. It is always immaculate.
Nothing bad to report. The only thing that could be different is the lights in the bathroom. The timer goes off while showering and it gets dark

There was a party at the hotel like a club party
Someone was harassing patrons of the hotel demanding they show their keys. Additionally because of the club party at the bar we were not able to use the rooftop bar and the valet took over an hour to get our cars the lobby was overrun with ppl for the club party.
Someone had a dog in the room next door to me and they left the dog unattended and he cried for hours the hotel didn’t move my room or accommodate me hotel stay ruined

Very stylish, clean, new, and professional.
The only issue we had, the walls are too thin you can hear everyone and everything. Also people / workers were walking by our window on the rough early and that was odd..

Sehr sauber, modern, neuwertiges Gebäude und Zimmer. Tolle Ausstattung und für 35 € probTag kann man seinen Mietwagen parken lassen. Lage etwas außerhalb von Downtown, aber mit Sicht auf Downtown. Im Umkreis sind viele kleine Brauereien, in denen man auch authentisch amerikanisch essen und tolle Biere serviert bekommt.

The breakfast and service were excellent. It was a little pricey, however the coffee was outstanding so worth it. The staff was so friendly.

We were in Detroit just overnight to attend an event at Little Caesars Arena. The hotel was close to both the venue and the restaurant we had picked out, front desk staff were great and the room was very comfortable.

Hotel break menu was not appealing. Obtained food from a close by restaurant.
Was a victim of theft by one of the valets. Approximately $25iin coin and cash was removed from a small pound located in the console of my car. The theft was just discovered yesterday.
