Location was good with ample parking spaces. Beds and sofas were comfortable. A fan was provided as requested.
Most of the facilities. Needed to repeatedly call the owner to provide check-in instructions and we had to wait outside the property with "dead tired" people. The actual look of the inside of the property was completely opposite to the pictures available on the website. Kitchen and toilet were dirty with stinking WC and dust all around the apartment.
I would like to know as to how Booking.com approves the listing of properties. Are any checks done by Booking.com ?

Toilet seat were not well fixed, no knife in kitchen,..
Not enuf for a 4 adult and 3 kids.
Check in instructions were not shared before reaching there and it's was all last minute,..
