Located on rim of UNESCO historical area. Close to DijonVille central station. The host was contactable and generally replied promptly.
Agent handling property was not responsive or helpful. Even though i had paid for the apartment in full in advance, I had a 4 hour delay in accessing the apartment due to issues with their bond money app not completing the process fully several times. Issues with their app were reported and reviewed badly online by other users. Money was taken from my account instead of it being an imprint only.
I was left sitting in the cold for 4 hours, not knowing whether I would have a bed for the next four nights. Time and effort to get a response was not reasonable.
