We had a wonderful stay in Dolphin house at the end of July. The house was absolutely lovely and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The property was spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and a huge living room and kitchen area, which made the house feel very open and welcoming. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout was perfect for a family or small group. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness’s of the property. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly prepared with great care for our arrival. The house was also very comfortable, making it easy to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of space, comfort, cleanliness, and the lovely location in Perea made it a wonderful choice for our holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place near Thessaloniki.

Excellent smart home, responsive owner, who is always in touch and can help if something is not clear. Excellent location, close to the sea. No minuses, I liked everything very much

Excellent accommodation with 2 bedrooms and 1 big living room. We enjoyed it a lot, as we could rest very well, had a well furbished kitchen to prepare tea, coffee and breakfast! We had wine and water in the fridge waiting for us, tea, coffee and an espresso machine. We were happy to park the car in the courtyard and still had room there for early morning coffees on the terrace when it was still pleasant outside. Once it got hot we closed the windows, doors and for a while didn't need to turn on the AC, as the house kept a pleasant temperature. There is a supermarket 7 mins walk away, the beach is 5 mins walk away with bars and restaurants and shops. Thank you so much for a great time, we highly recommend this stay for anyone that needs a place nearby Thessaloniki.
