Location was superb. I left my car in the driveway and strolled out for dinner in under 10 minutes. The room was spacious and secure. Netflix a very nice bonus. Really comfy bed. Great view with a balcony. Kettle, microwave, fridge provided. Soft, fluffy towels.
The hand basin was minute and did not have a hot tap. But I learned to embrace the cold tap!

Near the city Centre, quiet place, nice and kind landlord.
The washroom is a little small.

Absolutely amazing views, private, quiet, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed here, would definitely book again.

The room was a great size
The bathroom is uncomfortably small, and not being connected to the bedroom was inconvenient. The room heating is REALLY noisy. The fact that you can't fill up the kettle using the sink tap is a testament to how tiny the bathroom sink is.
