The security locking system was not good. We were locked out on three different occasions and no we're not digitally challenged or forgetful. Recommend asking for the Bluetooth connection to unlock the house from the beginning. The passcode will fail on you unless they have it looked into. My mom who is 75 years old and wasn't feeling well was forced to sit outside the house (Cincy is hot in the summer and this was a very hot day) until we were let in by the property manager, who seemed inconvenienced by our call. On another occasion, we were running late and forgot something, needed to get back in the house to grab something and were locked out, had to go to store to replace the item. Did not feel like bothering property manager.
