Great location. Clean with everything needed for the stay
Furnishings dated but comfortable

Location on the small river was quiet and exactly as described. Lovely Bakewell tarts they made our day! The host was a great communicator and very helpful and quickly responsive to questions we asked in advance. We didn't need to contact her once we arrived as everything was in order.
I do wish hosts wouldn't use scented laundry detergent....

Amazing location for Chatsworth, local pubs and transport. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a classic Derbyshire cottage.
Nothing really. Very steep stairs so tough for an older person or very young children. There are hand rails.

Simple and easy access with key lock
Lovely quiet location off the road so no passing traffic
Just a short walk round the corner for cafe and village pubs. Great food on offer just a stone’s throw away
I slept in one of the twin beds on the top floor and it was too soft for my liking. The steep stairs up to the top floor with no banister was tricky. I was a little unsure of the sandiflow toilet and waste pipe system which starts up when the shower, sink taps or shower are in use.
