The property was in a great location to hunmanby gap beach we love that beach so to find a property what is home from home is just what we needed. Will definitely be booking again
The only thing missing from this property is a blind in the kitchen & maybe a Hottub outside. That would make the stay even more pleasant & relaxing.

Location was perfect to visit different places on the coast
House is modern, warm and everything worked easily, nothing too fancy that was difficult to work out how to work.
Garden was great for the dog. So nice to get holiday accommodation with a garden and grass, so many opt for low maintenance yard, but my dog loves and needs grass so this was perfect
Lighting in living room was a little dark , especially for reading.
Being right in the middle of a residential estate quite noisy in the morning with people off to work and neighbours thudding around their home which woke myself and my mum each morning.
