The location is great. Very clean and spacious. All kitchen appliances available, although we didn’t need them.

The smell in the main corridor as you enter the property. The check in time is quite late and check out was early, although we could have paid extra to extend these hours. Parking, but this isn’t listed as available with the property anyway. We did have to initially pay to park in a local car park.

Fantastische locatie in Newquay! Het 'stadse' en levendige gebeuren is dichtbij, maar je hebt er geen last van. Één van de stranden is op 5-minuten afstand. Hier kun je gemakkelijk (surf)materiaal huren en zwemmen/op het strand zijn. Ook kun je bij eb wandelen naar verschillende andere baaien verderop. Wij vonden dit echt het hoogtepunt van dit verblijf, geweldig! Het appartement gaf veel comfort! De wasmachine was ook ideaal, zo halverwege onze vakantie. We hebben ook lekker kunnen koken, dankzij de fijne uitgebreide keuken. Het dakterrasje was ook gezellig, daar hebben we ook fijn gebruik van kunnen maken.

Very nice property for a small family. Near to the beach were we can walk to all the attractions.

Sometimes struggle to get parking near the property

Literally in the centre of town & only 2mins walk to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend. Little terrace was nice to have too.

Only issue was the car parking. The road is free parking but it’s just a case of getting a spot. Which we knew prior to booking. It’s a very busy road & right near the beach. But there is a car park nearby which was handy & very reasonably priced.
