Breakfast not included, location on the park was good, lovely and clean with well man8cured gardens
The caravan furnishings were not clean, the dishwasher was broke, dirty and had stale water in it.
The sea front fair was run down and 8n need of TLC, had a coffee in the little Costa cafe but cakes were 2 weeks out of date

We all really enjoyed our stay that much my mum and dad want to book next year
