The staff was very friendly. I had to check in at around 3 am in the morning and the reception staff / hotel manager was available to sort out all the check in process. The hotel manager (Emil) was kind enough to suggest me places to eat and look around in Baku.
Everything was perfect. No complains.

The manager Emil was so friendly I liked the location and the comfort in the room.
It is on a good location where can find all required items nearby.
Breakfast was not so good but it was also not so bad. The staff was not so friendly. But it is worth of money.
