Lokalita a výborné snidaně a profesionální personál jak na recepci, tak při snídani..
Příliž měkké matrace,mírně rozvrzané postele,málo funkční lednice

location, breakfast, comfortable beds with nice view.
Unfortunately, I came in school holidays, and due to the lack of snow, the hotel was full of families with kids who ran all over corridors all the time.. The thermal spa was overcrowded! This has nothing to do with the hotel but just be aware if you are looking for relaxing time choose different dates.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly administrator.
Too hot in the room almost without possibility to reduce it and a bad sound isolation. Also, there was no kettle(saw it in the coridor but thought it was for trash). Great thermal park but 20min before closing time the rude man that was working around the pool started shouting and whistlening on us to go out without any further explanation why. Thermal park is only open till 9 pm?? Dissapointed.
