The place was cozy and peaceful

Lots of space and in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the center of town. Spacious inside with comfortable beds, furniture, and amenities. Would love to stay again.

I took my mother of 92 years old and her friend back to Payson to visit. They were both well known artists in the area and they still have family and friends there. We had a great trip. And the house is in a perfect location.

We travel to Payson multiple times a year (at least 3-4) and we always use VRBO…we decided to try a last-minute place for a spontaneous weekend of 4x4 in our Jeep. I found this place and am sooo glad we did! It’s perfect location - super close to downtown, restaurants, etc…but tucked back in s cute little neighborhood that feels a million miles from anywhere. We saw 2-3 elk/deer right on the side of the street just eating away! The property manager was super fast to respond to all my texts - even came over at 9pm on a Friday night to bring an extra tv remote for the back room!! It’s a great split floor plan, huge comfy couch, cute little kitchen, I highly recommend this one!!! We’ll definitely be going back!!!

My family and I stayed here for a 5-day vacation and we had a comfortable, relaxing & peaceful time here! It was perfect for our family (three adults and two kids). We had plenty of room to spread out (if we needed some time to ourselves) and come together as a family to play games, watch our favorite shows, and cook and eat dinner together. The beds are soft and comfortable and the rooms are private and spacious. We loved having the private yard to hang out in and I loved the front sun room for relaxing. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone for a movie or game night. (There are lots of games and books to choose from, too!) The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook our meals with ease. There are also plenty of great local restaurants nearby, too! And we were only a 5 minute drive from a peaceful and secluded creek where we hiked, swam, and enjoyed time outdoors together. There are lots of easily accessible outdoor options here, too! We will definitely be back again to explore the outdoors and have time together as a family. This truly feels like a home away from home, like you’re staying at a friend’s house who made sure to include everything you might need to enjoy your stay!

My girl friend was working in the middle of town and this was a perfect location for her, It was also great for me to take our dog to the river twice a day. Only about 3 miles away. The house is updated and clean and the neighborhood is quiet. They had all of the necessities you might need in the bath and kitchen with new appliances. The tenant in the back is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We took a short stay in Payson for cool weather and hiking. We stayed in the perfect place. Very clean, and great decor, which made our stay all the better! All the accommodations you would need in a very comfortable environment. Thank you!
