A dreamy stay :) Absolutely stunning view in the mornings with the cooler air coming in the balcony and the smell of pastries from the bakery across the back. Comfortable bed and fantastic blackout blinds. Being high up with no aircon in a heatwave, I had the balcony open as late as possible to draw in as much cool air as possible :)
I knew in advance that there was no aircon and a review had said no fan. I had brought a flat desk fan which helped draw in some cool air in the late night and early mornings. I think a fan should be made available in a heatwave at a minimum. Bathroom was basic and a little dated which made it feel less clean than it was.

Location beautiful - near lake and about 25 minute walk to old town. Apartment well set out, gorgeous views of mountains.
Some of the facilities were lacking e.g. iron was broken, dirty pots put away in cupboards, one side of patio door broken so couldn’t open it. Shame as great apartment overall.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Annecy.
The location is excellent, with both the lake and the city centre within easy walking distance. Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and communication easy.
The only downside was that the apartment could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly before our arrival. It wasn’t terrible, but the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved.
