Fantastic view overlooking Lake Toya away from the tourist hub of the town centre (car necessary). Very basic amenities with no restaurant but a simple lounge with microwave and tea/coffee-maker. More a do-it-yourself student style accommodation but perfectly adequate.
The on-site food vending machine was out of order so bring in your own food.

Hotel COCOA RESORT had exceptional cleanliness in the rooms and in the lobby areas. The staff were helpful and the beds were comfy and the bath was spacious .
The rooms tend to have harmless bugs and insects, but that is due to the nature of the forests and grasslands surrounding it.

Room size, and the new room. Lakeview was pretty
No amenities. Only thing was a common little kitchen area with a drinks dispenser and a microwave.
Very far from everything, with no restaurants nearby.
Hotel looked like it was still being built externally, though the interior was done.
