Atour Hotel Xiamen Zhongshan Road Jiangjunci Metro Station

I stayed at this hotel for 17 nights during my trip and truly enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent—just a 1–2 minute walk to the train station, and very convenient for taking taxis to Zhongshan Road and other nearby attractions. The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Towels were changed every day, and everything was kept spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast area on the 12th floor is clean, and the food is delicious. A special thank-you to Ms. Zhang, Ms. Wu, and Ms. Yang for their friendly, attentive service, especially with the late-night meals and special breakfast orders such as local ShaCha noodles. The entire dining team was wonderful. The front desk staff are young, energetic, and extremely helpful. They were always happy to receive my packages and help with my luggage. A special thank-you to YuYi for always being so welcoming and helpful. I was especially impressed by the laundry assistance. Ms. Lin from housekeeping and Mr. Song, the night-shift security guard, kindly helped me wash, dry, fold, and even hang my clothes on my door—all free of charge. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my stay special. After 17 nights, I can honestly say the staff are what made this stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, kindness, and wonderful service. I truly appreciate everything you did for me!
