Relais La Martina

Quiet, peaceful location in the heart of Tuscany. Free parking, close villages for lunch and dinner options. Yummy breakfast with everything you need. The staff were so kind and helpful. They did our laundry for us (additional charge) and it was taken such great care of. When we arrived the staff could tell we were hungry and offered to make us a sandwich. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was clean and stylish. The photos don’t do the place justice. It is so much prettier than the photos lead you to believe. The pool area is gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves. The gym is fully equip, it was very warm inside as the aircon struggled to keep up but you can open all the doors and windows which makes a really nice workout. It’s a good size room with lots of equipment options. The property is in the middle of a polo club/ grounds so the nearby horses and people practising polo is a nice addition to the atmosphere.

Although the property provide yummy breakfast and sandwiches, the restaurant is not run by the property and we had a pretty poor experience having dinner there. Although that is not the responsibility of the accomodation.

los colchones eran viejos de resorte lo que no hacía sentido con todos los demás detalles que si estaban ok . El recepcionista mexicano fue sumamente amable y dispuesto a dar un servicio excelente. Por el contrario uno de los meseros del restaurante era sumamente grosero y daba mañ servicio

This was a dream. We would have needed more time to stay and try all the activities. Receptionist was super friendly and they even organised a early check in for us. That was really needed and so appreciated.

2 bedroom apartment and 3 min drive from the hotel. Quite isolated. Quiet and peaceful though. Private garden.

Breakfast was poor because bread would not toast and lots of flys. Coffee was only warm.
