The property was located in the quieter area of Torver, apparently 4 miles from Coniston. Torver has an excellent public house ,(Wilson's), which serves very good beers and ales almond with a good menu and special meals. The pub also has a small deli shop with basic foodstuffs which came in handy a few times during our stay. Overall, the accommodation was was very good, the garden was nicely kept which also had a large paved patio and lawn, including a large circular table with six chairs and cushions. A BBQ is provided, which we used every night bar one as we ate out at the local pub one night.
