샤워호스에서 나오는 물이 약했고 뜨거운 물을 사용 할 수 없었다.

although the hotel itself is nice physically, my low score is based on my experience

breakfast was below average and on first morning they did not do the buffet as described in the booking details, just served undercooked eggs and a salad drenched in mayo. the day i arrived all the staff were throwing a party in the front court area BLASTING awful techno music from 1PM until 10PM at night time it was extremely loud (you know this is a torture technique used by the SAS?) so much that even from my bedroom on the 3rd floor it was impossible to think straight let alone work or sleep or have any peace. the staff were so drunk they couldnt walk straight. this is NOT advertised as a party hostel and the fact the staff, manager and owner were the culprits is despicable. i was told it would end at 8:30PM and at 9:10PM when it was still happening i went down to be told by the manager that it is going to continue till 11:30PM because people are “enjoying”, despite the fact other guests wanted to sleep. they tried to change me rooms to one floor higher which obviously did nothing to change the noise levels, and when i went back down to inform them they could not have cared less. staff do not accommodate or care about guest needs in the slightest, all they cared about was partying. i would never have stayed if id have known it would entail this. gym does not have air con it is the hottest room in the place. hot water from shower was intermittent. regardless of the extremely loud party they randomly decided to throw on a monday night, the location is loud and neighbouring bars have music till late
