Keys were easy to get but the key didn't work. I had to call and send a video and then it was easy I had to pull the door to make it open. But a bit of stress.
The flat is nice but maybe for a longer stay.

Lekker vlakbij centrum. Metro en trams op kleine loopafstand. Er was koffie aanwezig, en water in de ijskast.
Helaas veel lawaai van het verkeer buiten.

Location, apartment layout and interiors
The doorbell rang continuously for about 10 minutes each day at around 11 AM during our stay. Despite attempting to communicate through the intercom and requesting it to stop, we were ignored, and the ringing persisted, which was extremely unpleasant.
Each guest was provided with only one pillow, with no spare pillows available.
The rain shower functioned well, but the smaller handheld showerhead was not securely attached, causing the hose to detach frequently. This led to water spraying uncontrollably, even through the gap in the shower door.
